The regulatory texts provided through easa-regs are taken automatically from EASA's Easy Access Rules. They are not legally binding. Only the versions published in the Official Journal of the European Union are authentic. Answers an AI produces with easa-regs may be wrong or incomplete despite citing their source. They do not replace checking the original source or advice from an aviation authority, a training organisation or a lawyer. Always verify rule texts against the official source before operational, training or legal decisions.
Liability for content
As a service provider I am responsible for my own content on these pages under general law (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the moment a specific infringement becomes known.
